The Message

You don’t have to explain it. 

You don’t have to fix it.

You don’t have to soften it so it’s easier to carry.

You just have to feel it.

Grief. Joy. Rage. Tenderness.

Each one has a message.
Each one has a right to move through you.

Feelings are not flaws to be corrected.

They are signals. Teachers. Energy in motion.

They can bring intuition, or warning. Needs or new perspectives.

Let them rise. 

Let them ripple. 

Let them rest.

You are not too much.
You are just alive.
