So you’re thinking of joining our squad of facilitators. Congratulations! Why congratulations? Because it takes courage to put yourself out there and try something new.

Below you’ll find a list of Frequently Asked Questions. Not seeing your question listed? Please reach out via email, or if you can schedule a call.

There’s a season to follow, and a season to lead…

  • Lunar Lotus will maintain the website, and online platform membership site.
  • Each instructor will produce their own content which will be added onto the list of offerings.
  • Each instructor will have a page that links to all of their unique content.
  • Classes may be sold individually (one-off), or Lunar Lotus Clients may choose to buy a monthly membership that comes with all the courses built in.

Any subject is on the table as long as it adheres to our standards of letting the clients feel safe, and not encouraging hate speech, bullying, or violence. The idea behind this school is that we believe a plethora of unique offerings is better. The platform will support videos, PDFs, PowerPoint etc.

You can combine all of these together when building a particular course, and/or add in ‘live’ classes on a platform like Zoom.

We also highly suggest adding a secondary level to your offerings that include accountability coaching, when you feel like it fits in with your class and helping your students to maintain forward momentum. This could be booked as a monthly subscription, where you host group meetings, or you could schedule one-on-one time for a nominal fee.

Yes please! Live events are still the desired bread and butter of Lunar Lotus. I absolutely adore event planning and working with others to create an environment for people to come together and cultivate growth and happiness.

Access! So many of the people we have worked with have shared that they sometimes need to learn from the quiet/safety of their own space. It could be social anxiety, it could be an issue of scheduling, it could even be a concern of privacy.

Things like our classes on Women’s/Trans safety are difficult to garner in-person attendance for. We still want to be able to provide people with this amazing information, while allowing them to be in the comfort of their safe space.

100% your content is yours! Do with it what you will, we’re not worried about non-compete.

You are responsible for making sure that any enrolled students are able to complete the classes they have paid for.

We are not about making you feel trapped in a contract. We ARE about making sure we are best serving our mutual students.

If you have to cancel your teaching membership, you will be required to choose one of two options: A. Sell us the course to keep on the platform, or B. Provide your current students with another way of accessing their course.

Your clients might be someone who finds you through your own business, or they might find you on our directory of instructors. We will be highlighting all our teachers and courses on our social media on a frequent basis.

You keep 100% of the money from individually sold courses. Any memberships you sign up, you keep $33 of their membership fee. This is designed to offset your cost to participate as an instructor.

We ask for a monthly fee of $33 from each instructor to help us pay for the hosting and marketing costs of running the platform and websites. You can pay it monthly, or get a 20% discount if you pay the full year upfront.

My skills include photography/videography, video splicing, content editing, accountability coaching, graphic design, and website design. If you have interest in any of those services, contact me to discuss pricing.

I’m a huge proponent of collaboration, and helping others whenever I am able to. I don’t have the funds to be a venture capitalist or angel investor; but I have skills, drive, and am excellent at bringing people together.

So whenever I get the opportunity to help others grow from the things that I have learned, I try to seize it!

As mentioned, not a rich gal. Same with many of you. It takes capital to get busineses off the ground, let alone in front of clientele.

By sharing the cost of the subscription and technology fees, we can all have a lot more access and support, for less out of our pockets. It also adds a layer of accountability to the instructors, to keep investing in their content.

Last, but definitely not least…

I firmly believe that everyone has their own unique way of shining. By coming together to bring our separate skills and way of being to one school, we have the genuine opportunity to provide our students with a much more well-rounded set of offerings.

This also has the added benefit for all the instructors to be a part of something bigger than themselves, while lending clout to the school, making it much more marketable.
