Christina Rogers

After being bullied throughout her life, Christina developed a passion for helping others look within to find the courage to show up authentically and without apology. She founded a group of facilitators known as Lunar Lotus in 2016, with the mission of helping others cultivate their confidence and personal empowerment through mindset coaching, workshops, retreats and fun experiences.

By combining a variety of modalities and techniques with meditation, she supports her clients as they walk their path to reach their full potential.

In addition to mindset coaching, she is passionate about teaching self-defense techniques to women and other marginalized communities. (POC, LBTQIA+, etc)
